Eric Keyzer

Eric Keyzer is a lawyer and of counsel with Allen & Overy. He has experience in a wide range of intellectual property and especially media and entertainment related matters. He works on corporate matters regarding the structuring of IP rights within the framework of transactions and advises on copyrights, trademarks, advertising, merchandising, unfair competition and piracy. He has been involved in several acquisitions and joint ventures in television, music and publishing industries as well as in the launch of several TV and radio stations. In addition, he has regularly engaged in film financing matters. In 1985 and 1986, Eric worked at the Allen & Overy office in London. In 2004, Eric won a European IP award in the category 'Best Copyright Litigation'. Eric is the President of the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers.
